Do you smoke Weed?

The rest of my photos can be found here.

Anyway, I was walking around town, crossing a shady-looking bridge. when I was passing it, there was a kid (15-16) who came up and asked if I wanted to buy some weed. I was like "wtf, no" and I continued. The kid went back to his chummy friends.

I saw a mean dog today. I wanted to kick it, but there were people watching. The dog was just barking like crazy when I tried to walk in front of the house. It didn't have a leash, so I decided to turn around and head back.

I've been getting some freaky dreams lately. They have to do with re-enactment of old television shows. For instance, I was doing some Monty Python skit, nailing every beat as the show did. Then, I had this dream where people didn't play the roles they played. IE. Le Jacky was playing as Talranse, and Talranse was acting like Ruru. Weird.
Finally, as the morning rolled by, I dreamt that I was making breakfast. I don't know why, exactly, but the materials found in the dream, and the things I made were exactly the same as in real life. It was spooky that I remembered exactly how many eggs I had left.

Corner Office.

Somebody has finally realized my true potential and put me into a corner office, next to the head of Engineering.

I'd post a fancy picture of my office if I could, but I'm afraid I can't do that due to potential leaks in corporate secrets.

I have been basically surveying for the last week, which totally blows. It is strange that the New Full-time Surveyor's name is so close to mine.

His is Chris Wall.

Seriously. WTF.

Anyway, he should be up and running by wednesday, which means I don't have to deal with this BS anymore. I mean, it snowed today in the mountain =(.  To be fair, the elevation at that point was 2200metres.

PS. I updated my photos, which can be viewed here.

Ventured into Alberta again.

This morning, I took a drive to Lethbridge, which is about 210km away
taking roughly two hours to get there.
I was originally going to Cranbrook, but Danny Vovandy convinced me otherwise.

Lethbridge is a pretty nice place, which proved to be a better
experience than Alberta.

Ugh.

Just went shopping for some rechargeable battery, and groceries.

Thats about it.

High Speed Internet

I missed you, even though it has only been like five days.

The sad part is that I don't have a lot of sites to visit.

I can hook up my xbox360, so I'm up for some of that, RUEL.

09 September 2007

No Internet.

No stolen wifi signals nearby.

No communication.

No cellular service.

My longest drive.

without a break is a measley four hours. It is sad, I know.

I'm at the town of Golden right now, and will resume my trip towards
Elkford tomorrow.

I'm glad I didn't get a hybrid, or one of the more fuel-efficient cars
because even with all the horse powers of my vehicle, it doesn't seem
to be able to climb up those mountain slopes too well. (Maybe it was
just the fact that my hatch-ed-back is frully lroaded.

18. Please tell us what you like best and feel is most rewarding about being a co-op student:

I honestly don't know how to answer this. I think that my inability shows that maybe I shouldn't be in this program at all. Really.

Spam I received.

It has been a while since I got one of these past my spam filter. I was curious, and now I know why. It is completely intelligible.

If I were interested in their product ( and I'd have to be stupid), I probably won't be able to decipher the site.
