My neighbor, from the post below, has decided to "become civilized" by giving us a 24 hour deadline. He has graciously decided that it wasn't completely our fault for the upkeep of his fence. Now, instead of paying for it completely, we only need to pay for 75% of the cost. Now, he also accused us of pushing the fence over on our side of the house near the backdoor. If we don't accept the proposal within 24 hours, he has once again threatened that "shit is going to happen." Throughout this conversation, he again repeated the sentiment that we shouldn't "fuck with him" because he "knows people."
Silly guy, we don't fuck dirtbags.
My hope is that I can borrow a friend's recording device and talk to him once more. I want to see if he makes those threats against us again. I mean that will get him in trouble, right? Especially if he threatens us by mentioning his connections to the government.
Trivia: The previous owner of that house was busted for Marijuana growth. I wonder if this owner had any connection. Either buying it cheap after the owners were jailed or otherwise.
