Yeah right.
We had problems connecting through Wifi Connection at the beginning. I could enter her town but she couldn't enter mine. I assumed it was some weird problem with both of our routers, but it turns out that she was incompetant.
I had to literally walk her through the steps to do everthing.
ie, WALK TO THE TOWN GATE.

IT IS AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN.
TALK TO THE DOG ON THE RIGHT
TELL HIM THAT YOU WANT TO VISIT

LEAVE TOWN
NO, YOU DON'T NEED TO OPEN YOUR GATE
